Occasionally a driver can be installed incorrectly and have the 'Smart Image' Watermark across your images in Raven Desktop.
Please Follow The Steps Below to Resolve This:
Windows
- Disconnect your Scanner in Raven Desktop by going to Settings->Change Scanner->Yes, Disconnect.
- Close out of Raven Desktop.
- Open the Settings of your PC.
- In the search bar type in 'Add or Remove Programs' and select it.
- Search for 'Raven' in the apps list.
- Select and uninstall all drivers.
- Open Raven Desktop.
- Follow the on screen prompts to reinstall the drivers and get your scanner reconnected.
- Start scanning to verify the 'Smart Image' mark is no longer showing.
Mac
- Disconnect your Scanner in Raven Desktop by going to Settings->Change Scanner->Yes, Disconnect.
- Close out of Raven Desktop (right-click on the Raven Desktop icon at the Dock and click on "QUIT").
- Open FINDER.
- In the top menu, click on "GO" and then "Go to Folder" and type the following path:/Library/Image Capture/Devices. Then, click on "Go"
- It will open the Devices folders with the current drivers. Right-click on any Raven Drivers and select "Move to Trash" (This will uninstall the drivers)
- Open Raven Desktop.
- Follow the on screen prompts to reinstall the drivers and get your scanner reconnected.
- Start scanning to verify the 'Smart Image' mark is no longer showing.
