When contacting our support team for issues with Raven Desktop you may be asked to gather logs so that our team can better troubleshoot any issues you are having with Raven Desktop.
Please see below the quick steps you will need to take to gather these logs
- Open Raven Desktop.
- Click Settings at the top.
- Scroll down on Raven Desktop and click 'OPEN' under the Logs section.
- You will now be presented with a window with the logs needed for the CS representative.
- Email all logs in the folder open to support@raven.com.
