When turning on to receive Fax Transmission Reports, you will receive a report through the email listed on your Raven Cloud account with the status of the Faxes sent through your Raven Scanner and through Raven Cloud.
See the below instructions for enabling Fax Transmission Reports
- Go to app.raven.com and sign into your Raven Cloud account.
- Click the name of your account in the top right hand corner.
- Select My Account from the drop down menu.
- Select preferences.
- Click the toggle switch to the right of "Fax Transmission Reports" to on.
- You will now receive a transmission report to your email that is associated with your Raven Cloud account. Please see example below:
