When contacting our support team you may be asked to gather some hardware logs so our team can better troubleshoot an issue that is occurring with your Raven Scanner.
Follow the steps below to gather the hardware logs from your Raven Scanner.
- Press the GEAR icon at the top right corner of the main home screen.
- Select NETWORK from the side menu.
- Obtain your IP ADDRESS.
- Open your BROWSER(Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge, etc..) on a computer of the same network as your scanner.
- Enter your IP ADDRESS into the website bar followed by /_info.htm and press enter. Example: 192.162.45.4/_info.htm
- Click SAVE LOGS.
- You can now attach them as an attachment to an email and send them to support@raven.com
