- Verify if DynamsoftService is installed:
- Service is installed by default to paths
/Applications/Dynamsoft/DynamsoftService
for Mac andC:\Windows\SysWOW64\Dynamsoft\
for Windows
- Service is installed by default to paths
- If service is not present:
- Manually install service using attached DWT installers:
- Mac: Click here to download.
- Windows: Click here to download.
- Manually install service using attached DWT installers:
- If service is installed and problem persists:
- Restart your computer to trigger a restart of the DynamsoftService.
- Try manually uninstalling and reinstalling the DynamsoftService.
