Viewing Network and Scanner Information in Raven Desktop

Raven Desktop allows users to view information about their network and scanner directly from the application.

Follow the steps below to view network and scanner information.

1. From the home screen select SETTINGS on the top toolbar.
   1. The follow information is available
      1. Scanner status (connected or disconnected). Note: You can connect/disconnect the scanner by select CONNECT SCANNER or DISCONNECT SCANNER .
      2. Network 
         1. IP Address
         2. MAC Address
         3. Network Name
      3. Scanner Information
         1. Model Name
         2. Serial Number
         3. Born Date
         4. Pick-up & Separation Roller count
         5. ADF Duplex Count
         6. Jam Count
         7. Device ID
         8. Firmware Version
         9. Host Name
         10. Reverse Roller Count
         11. ADF Simplex Count
         12. Multi-Feed Count
2. You can also SEND LOGS from this screen by select SEND.
