Raven Desktop allows users to customize a default document name when scanning documents or naming on to the go.
Changing default name
Follow the steps below to change the default document name.
- Locate the DOCUMENT NAME header.
- Select the PENCIL icon.
- Add your custom PREFIX.
- Use the drop-down menu with DATE and TIME to select your preferred. (Note: for no date/time stamp, please select none).
- Enter a SUFFIX if desired.
- Click SAVE to finalize your changes.
Changing name after scanning
Note: This requires page previews to be turned ON.
- After scanning your document you will be shown the page preview.
- Locate the DOCUMENT NAME header at the bottom of the window.
- Enter your preferred document name.
- Press SEND.
