Failed to load profile can occur when scanning due to unexpected errors.
Follow the steps below to resolve 'Error Occurred Failed To Load Profile' for your 1st Gen Raven Original Scanner Roller Replacement (serial numbers beginning in 553 or 554)
Reset Scanner Profile
- On your Raven Scanner, press the GEAR icon at the top right corner.
- The side menu will appear, press SETTINGS.
- Scroll under Scanner Settings and select RESET SCANNER PROFILE.
- Press SAVE to finalize your changes.
