Two Factor Authentication enables users to receive verification codes by text message or an Authenticator App in order to log in to your Raven Cloud or Raven Scanner account.
Enabling Two Factor Authentication
Follow the steps below to enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA).
Enabling Two Factor Authentication
- Log into your Raven account by visiting app.raven.com.
- From the Inbox, please select your name in the top left corner.
- Select MY ACCOUNT from the options available.
- Choose PROFILES from the my account settings.
- Enable TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION using the slider.
SMS Text Message
- Choose SMS TEXT MESSAGE from the available options.
- Enter your phone number.
- Press SEND CODE.
- Enter the verification code into the ENTER THE VERIFICATION CODE modal that appears.
- Press DONE to complete the Two Factor Authentication process.
Authenticator App
- Choose AUTHENTICATOR APP from the available options.
- Select SET UP AUTHENTICATION.
- Complete the mentioned steps in the AUTHENTICATOR APP SETUP modal.
- Press DONE to complete the Two Factor Authentication process.
Get Backup Codes
- Select GET BACKUP CODES.
- Read instruction on dialog box.
- Press GET BACKUP CODES to being downloading of your codes.
- Save in a safe place for future reference.
