Please retry scanning (102) error message can occur for a few reasons which results in being unable to scan. Before attempting to continue scanning the steps below should resolve the current issue.
Follow the steps below to resolve 'Please retry scanning(102)' error.
Power cycle Raven Scanner
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of your Raven scanner.
- Wait 30 seconds - 1 minute.
- Connect the power cord back into your Raven Scanner.
- Power on your device.
- Attempt a scan.
Open/Close the LCD display
- Press the black latch on the top left of the LCD panel.
- Pull the LCD display toward you.
- Close the LCD display ensuring it latches properly.
- Attempt a scan.
Disconnect USB Cable
- If using an Original model, disconnect USB cable from back of device.
- Attempt a scan.
