Raven Scanner allows you to connect to third-party applications such as Quickbooks Online to allow for seamless document scanning to the attachments section of your Quickbooks Online account, allowing you to attach the scan to an invoice or expense.
NOTE: This feature is only compatible with Quickbooks Online
Follow the steps below to connect Quickbooks Online to your Raven Scanner.
- Log in to your Raven Cloud account.
- Access MY ACCOUNT by clicking on your profile image/name.
- Click the CONNECTIONS tab from the navigation menu.
- Locate Quickbooks Online and press SET UP.
- Log in using your Quickbooks email and password.
- Select CONNECT to give Raven access to scan to Quickbooks Online
You have now completed the connection to your Quickbooks Online account.
Follow the steps below to attach your scans to a transaction in your Quickbooks Online account.
- Log into your Quickbooks Online account
- Locate and click on the transaction where you would like to attach your scan
- Under "Attachments" choose, "Show existing"
- Choose from available unlinked attachments that you have scanned and click "Add" to attach to your expense transaction
Follow the steps below to attach your scans to a customer profile in your Quickbooks Online account.
- Log into your Quickbooks Online account
- Select Sales, then select Customers
- Choose the desired customer, then Customer Details
- At the bottom left of the page, select Attachments.
- Under "Attachments" choose, "Show existing"
Follow the steps below to attach your scans to a vendor profile in your Quickbooks Online account.
- Log into your Quickbooks Online account
- Select Sales, then select Vendors
- Choose the desired customer, then Vendor Details
- At the bottom left of the page, select Attachments.
- Under "Attachments" choose, "Show existing"
How to view all uploaded attachments in your Quickbooks Online account
- Select Settings ⚙️
- Under Lists, choose All Lists
- Select Attachments
