Select the 'forgot password' link on your Raven Scanner will send a link to your email that allows for resetting you password. In some instances, selecting this link will redirect you to your Raven Cloud inbox if signed in.
Follow the step below to successfully reset your password.
- Access your Raven Cloud account by visiting app.raven.com.
- Select the profile name (e.g. your name) in the top right corner of the web page.
- Press SIGN OUT.
- Navigate to the FORGOT PASSWORD email.
- Click the link to reset your password.
