Raven Scanner enables the user to save contacts based on name, email, and fax number. An error can occur which states an email or fax number is required although an email or fax number has actually been input.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot 'Either an email or fax number must be provided'.
- Verify no characters or spaces are entered in the blank text field (either email or fax)
- If the keyboard is still shown, lower the keyboard by pressing outside of the keyboard (blank area) and then pressing SAVE.
- After attempting the mentioned above with no success, please restart your unit and reattempt entering of your contact.
