When receiving and download software updates there are some instances when your Raven Scanner may freeze during this download.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot freezing during software/firmware updates.
Restart your Raven Scanner.
- On your Raven Scanner locate the power cord on the back of the device.
- Disconnect the power cord from your Raven Scanner.
- Wait about 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to your scanner.
- Restart your device using the power button.
