With your Raven Scanner, you can scan documents and send them to more than one destination at a time. First, make sure your destinations are set up on your Raven Cloud account by checking your destination status on the destinations menu on your scanner and visiting app.raven.com/account/connections.
Once your destinations are ready, follow the next steps on your scanner:
1. Place the documents on the paper tray and adjust the paper width adjuster accordingly.
2. Choose the Side, Color and Quality settings of your preference.
3. Click on the destination menu setting and choose however many destinations you want to scan to.
4. Hit scan.
5. Once the thumbnail screen appears, click send. If you choose to send to email or fax, the scanner will ask you to input the email address or fax number first.
