Your password can reset using Raven Cloud or your Raven Scanner using one of the options below:
- To reset your own password on Raven Cloud, visit https://app.raven.com/auth/forgot-password. Then enter your email address associated with your Raven account, and click "Submit". A password reset link will be sent to your email address if it is valid. The link must be activated within 72 hours or a new password reset link will need to be generated.
- To reset your own password on Raven Scanner, be sure to log out, then choose "Forgot Password?", enter your email address associated with your Raven account, and click "Send Email". A password reset link will be sent to your email address if it is valid. The link must be activated within 72 hours or a new password reset link will need to be generated.
- To change your password while being logged into your Raven Account, first select "My Account". Next select "Profile" followed by the "Change Password" icon. A pop-up will appear allowing you to change your current password.
- If you are an administrator looking to reset the password for a user on your Raven account, go to https://app.raven.com/account/users. Click the "Reset Password" link next to the user who requires a password reset. A password reset link will be sent to the user's email address if it is valid. The link must be activated within 72 hours or a new password reset link will need to be generated.
