Not only does the Original (1st/2nd Gen) and Pro Raven Scanner allow you to upload the the cloud, but it also enables the user to fax directly from the scanner. All that is needed is the documents you will be faxing, and a fax number of the recipient.
Follow the steps below to fax your documents from the Raven Scanner™.
- Power on the device.
- Load your documents into the document tray.
- Change the DESTINATION to fax.
- Enter a fax number.
- Select SAVE.
- Press SCAN to start the scanning process.
- Once the document has successfully been scanned, press SEND BY FAX.
To see if it went through, check under history.
Sent means it was sent by our server.
Delivered means the recipient server gave us a delivered response indicating it was received.
Faxing documents is only one of the ways that the Raven Scanner™ can help simply the document sharing process and help you go paperless.
Note: Raven Scanner™ faxes do not send receipt/confirmation pages at this time.
