Yes, you can upgrade your Raven Scanner to another model! The following qualifications must be met:
- Your original purchase order and receipt will be required to process the upgrade request.
- Upgrades must be completed within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Upgrades will be honored for the difference in price based on the amount paid on your original purchase receipt, and the current price of the upgraded model.
- Customer is responsible for a $25 return shipping and restocking fee for the upgrade.
- At the time of upgrade, full payment must be made for the upgraded model (e.g. Raven Scanner Pro). Upon receipt of your Raven Scanner in good working condition with all parts, a refund will be processed for the scanner, less the $25 return shipping and restocking fee.
