Yes, you can upgrade your Raven Scanner 1st Gen or 2nd Gen Original to our Raven Scanner Pro! The following qualifications must be met:
- Your original purchase order and receipt will be required to process the upgrade request.
- Upgrades must be completed within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Upgrades will be honored for the difference in price based on the amount paid on your original purchase receipt, and the current price of the upgraded model.
- Customer is responsible for a $25 return shipping and restocking fee for the upgrade.
- At the time of upgrade, full payment must be made for the upgraded model (e.g. Raven Scanner Pro). Upon receipt of your Raven Scanner Original (1st or 2nd Gen) in good working condition with all parts, a refund will be processed for the scanner, less the $25 return shipping and restocking fee.
