Raven Cloud™ includes features that allow sharing documents directly from our web application. This enables the user to email, fax, and obtain a shareable link of the document and immediately share the document.
Follow the steps below to share a document.
Sharing documents from Inbox or Folder View
- Use the checkbox next to the type/title to select your document(s).
- At the top right of the Edit Document Toolbar, select SHARE
.
- Enter the email and/or fax number(s) you would like to share to.
- Once entered, press the SHARE button.
- To verify the file has sent, a green check mark will be displayed next to the appropriate text field.

Sharing a document while viewing
- At the top right of the Edit Document Toolbar, select SHARE
.
- If you are sending my email or fax, enter the appropriate information in the fields.
- Click SHARE to send the file.
- To verify the file has sent, a green check mark will be displayed next to the appropriate text field.
- To send my link, press GET SHAREABLE LINK at the top right corner of the pop up.
- Click COPY to copy the link and share on any platform of your choice.
The document sharing process has been streamlined to insure that you can easily share your document with others. Upon receiving the file, they will be able to view, and if they choose, to download the document.
