Sometimes an update of the Operative system can cause potential conflicts with different drivers and devices, including the TWAIN driver needed for your Raven scanner. In order to correct issues caused by this reason, it's recommended to reinstall the driver.
First, please follow the steps below to uninstall the TWAIN driver:
